Renting your beachside holiday home is not like renting out anything else you own. Over the years I have owned a number of “rental investment properties” but never a Holiday Home Your holiday home is special. It’s an extension of your other home. Its part of you. Your TV, your knives forks and plates, your pillows, your colour schemes, your pictures on the wall, your memories. Sure it’s a bonus to have an additional income to help pay the rates taxes repairs and maintenance and insurance but the big question is “who will look after it because it’s so far away from my other home?” Will they look after it like I would if I were closer? Will that person make my guests feel as comfortable there as I do? Grant and the Your Property Team DID ALL THOSE THINGS with a smile.
