Logan property management
If you own a rental in Beenleigh, you are letting in a suburb where 122 new tenancies were bonded in the September quarter of 2026. Beenleigh is a City of Logan town between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, about 33 km south-east of central Brisbane. This guide covers what Beenleigh rents for, what it is like to live in, and how we would manage your property here.
Your property in Beenleigh
Fewer than half of Beenleigh's rentals are houses
The 2021 Census counted 766 rented houses in Beenleigh, 466 rented townhouses and 496 rented units. Whichever of those you own, every new tenancy starts with choosing who moves in. Every rental application is reviewed in detail and checked for accuracy: identity, references and tenancy databases, following Queensland’s legislation. If we wouldn’t put them in our own home, we won’t put them in yours.
When that tenant leaves, the question is what changed while they were there. Every entry condition report has hundreds of photos and a 360° walkthrough of the whole property. Grant Drennan, our founder and Director, is an investor himself and the constant behind every property we manage. Start with a free Investor Portfolio Review: a look at your whole portfolio, not just the one property. Rental appraisals are free, with no obligation.

Living in Beenleigh
Beenleigh was a sugar plantation before it was a town
Beenleigh takes its name from a sugarcane plantation that John Davy and Frank Gooding named after a family estate in Devon. William Fryar surveyed the town for the government in July 1866, the first sugar mill followed in 1867, and Beenleigh State School opened in 1871. The railway reached Beenleigh in 1885 and ran on to Southport in 1889. The town was once the centre of the Shire of Albert, and the area moved from Gold Coast City to the City of Logan in 2008.
Beenleigh Historical Village, on Main Street, holds 20 historic buildings, among them the first St George’s Anglican Church, moved there in 1981. Beenleigh Marketplace is on George Street, close to the Town Square, and Beenleigh Aquatic Centre is on Alamein Street.
