Gold Coast property management
If you own a townhouse in Robina, you own the most common kind of rental home in the suburb: more of Robina's rented homes are townhouses than houses or units. Robina is a master-planned suburb on the southern Gold Coast, built around Robina Town Centre, with Robina Hospital, Robina Private Hospital, Bond University and TAFE Queensland Robina all inside its boundary. This guide covers what Robina rents for, what it is like to live in, and how we would manage your property here.
Most townhouses in Robina are two storeys or more. Two levels means more rooms to record at the start of a tenancy and more to compare at the end. Every entry condition report has hundreds of photos and a 360° walkthrough of the whole property. Then routine inspections come every 14 to 17 weeks, with a detailed report and quality photos sent to you, so you know your property’s condition.
Two hospitals, a university and a TAFE campus bring people to Robina to work and study. When something breaks, every maintenance request is acknowledged straight away and reviewed by your property manager within one business day. No money is spent on repairs or maintenance without your approval, except emergency repairs the law allows. Grant Drennan, our founder and Director, is an investor himself and the constant behind every property we manage. Start with a free Investor Portfolio Review: a look at your whole portfolio, not just the one property. Rental appraisals are free, with no obligation.

Living in Robina
Robina was planned from the start
Robina began in 1980, when Robin Loh and Arthur Earle bought grazing land and the Robina Land Corporation planned a suburb on it with urban designers Moshe Safdie and Robert Lamb Hart. The name, gazetted in 1985, is "Robin" with an "a" for Earle. Robina Town Centre opened its first stage in 1996, and Robina Shopping Village is also in the suburb.
Lake Orpheus and Lake Lomandra are inside the suburb, Lake Orr and Clear Island Lake reach its edges, and Mudgeeraba Creek runs through it. There are three golf courses, the Glades, Palmer Colonial and Palmer Gold Coast, and parks including Scottsdale Parklands, Kerrydale Park and Cheltenham Lakes. Cbus Super Stadium, home of the Gold Coast Titans, is here too, and Bond University has been in Robina since it was founded in 1987.

- Flood levels: the City of Gold Coast’s Flood level search gives the designated flood level for a property. The council notes it covers riverine flooding only, not local flash flooding.
- Units in tall buildings: Robina has 1,286 units, and 581 of them are in blocks of nine storeys or more.
- Future rail: in July 2026 the Queensland Government said it is preserving the corridor from Varsity Lakes to Gold Coast Airport for future rail.
